Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I used to recite a Surah, and I became rich when I was poor. I became safe from my fears when I was afraid. I became the owner of much property. This Surah is the best of the Psalms. Whoever recites this Surah and asks Allah for their needs, Allah will grant them their needs. Their status will be elevated among people."
Whoever recites this Surah will be freed from prison in the shortest time, will become rich if they are poor, will be cured if they are sick, will be freed from debt if they are indebted, and Allah will forgive their sins if they are a sinner. Whatever needs they desire, Allah will fulfill them in the shortest time. Whoever recites Surah Ar-Rahman will have shown gratitude for the blessings bestowed upon them by Allah. (Hadith - Tafsir of Qadi Baydawi)
