App hangs on the verify not a robot, so cannot use the app. Was able to use a Bob's Furniture employees phone and the app worked great and the delivery price was great for 2 reclining couches, fireplace/TV stand and a recliner. Bought on Saturday with delivery the next day for $130. In fairness this was the apps first day rollout. Calling the number on the bottom of my delivery receipt all my questions were answered by an automated character. The employees at Bob's were helpful and polite.

this app isn't even fully operational as of yet an we are being directed to download it .... please help me understand as to why it's even an option to be downloaded if it's not fully functional???

doesn't work. you can't click on any icons. you can only set up a delivery. you can't view your deliveries or make any edits through the app. it glitches. you have to call customer support to do anything.
