This is by far the worst app I have ever used. if you are in charge of a company and are debating using Help Desk, prepare to lose productivity as your employees sit for minutes at a time waiting for this app to unfreeze as they attempt to do notes, or add parts to a job. it is simply trash and clearly the developers don't care about the user experience. I am pretty sure they are using a Pentium 1 computer as their server and host all traffic on a dial up modem. you have been warned.

I have never used a worse app. I constantly have to force stop it to use it correctly. It will spin on an image for sometimes up to 5 minutes before I reset it. Really the function and use of the app are meant well but...could the developers be any cheaper? It never stops syncing so, it drains my battery faster than I can charge my device. I wish people would steer away from this app so I could do my work more efficiently. My time is valuable and when I spend it force stopping an app that won't.

This app is a joke. I'd rather spend hours and hours writing on invoices than have to deal with this nonsense. Now line items don't show up just a blank box that I can't delete so I constantly have to call my office if I make an error so they can clear my invoicing for me. Happening across the board with all of my technicians. And as usual no solution with tech support.

What’s new

Resolved duplicate history/notes when transferring Service Location or Customer in Job module.
Upgraded Android SDK to version 35 to meet Play Store requirements.
Added more logs to investigate job status changes not syncing properly between mobile and web apps.
Fixed external links not opening on iOS versions above 18.
Enabled viewing and uploading of files/photos in Customer Profile via mobile app.
Added previous Service Location visibility in Activity Log after changes.
