We used this taxi service while we were visiting my parents in South Korea. In order for us to take our flight at the InCheon Airport on time, we needed our taxi to pick us up at 6:15am and the taxi driver showed up earlier and kindly waited for us. The taxi was very clean and comfortable, and also the driver was very kind and nice. I wish we had this I.M taxi service in the United states too!!! Highly recommend.

Service is good especially for airport visitors, having luggage. Usually cable charging is available in this service, which charges smartphone very slowly. Though the driver gave me his personal fast charger, it is recommended to install fast charging facility at this service to make it better.

Easy to add details, however, does NOT accept foreign credit cards which makes it useless for me. Please update the app to allow ALL foreign cards. Please, please. It is a win-win for us travellers and I.M Taxi as a company. Please.
