Worst app ever. To enter a delivery address is impossible with the restrictions on number of characters and the town Vs postcode combination can't change. Pressing "account" goes nowhere.. useless app! I gave up trying to buy something after an hour of trying so hard in the address section, don't waste your time!

Very difficult to buy on the app. The postcode added the wrong address area which could not be edited. An extra item added to checkout could not be deleted (I had to delete the whole order and start again). A simple process took a lot longer than needed. Someone needs to redesign the order procedure.

Horrendous app, took me hours to order something, does not like UK addressing at all, and is a horrible UI. I hope my phone actually arrives, I havent had a confirmation email yet.
