A dinner where not everyone shared the wine. A grocery run where some items belong to only one person. A trip snack haul with couples, friends, and “I only had one thing” moments. Instead of doing mental maths, screenshots, notes, and awkward calculator rounds, Split Bill gives you a calm way to sort it out.

Create a split, add the people involved, choose who paid, and then split each item the way it actually makes sense. Some items can be shared evenly, others by shares, and others by percentage. When everything is assigned, the app shows a clear summary of who owes what and what has already been settled.

Split Bill is designed for one-time, detailed expense splits. It is not trying to be a big group finance system or a long-term expense tracker. It is for the moments when one bill needs a bit more care.

- Longer bill and item names are now allowed
- Duplicate items can now be merged
- Participants are shown in a alphabetical order in all screens
- PDFs now include clearer payer details and show details about shares and percentages
- Users can skip an item while splitting
- AI handover instructions are stricter and there is a line preview showing what will be imported and the errors that were found
