Would not move forward after enabling notifications and location. Had to 'cancel' out of both to get passed the first screen. After that, it's a decent app, great that we get to see our tickets, a map of the area (make sure to use the menu button to select different zones and experiences), and information about the venue and event. This intitial version of the app feels a bit rushed, I'm excited to see a more fleshed out version eventually, but overall great start.

Every year is the same, 3 years later, it has not been enough to fix this garbage. I can NOT access my tickets and keep sending an "error message, try again later." I spent the last 3 days trying to fix this issue. The venue starts today, and nobody answers my questions. After using the chat option, the agent ends the call unexpectedly. Why can I just receive a f...ing paper copy that I can print? Why can they just send me a PDF to just open it and show it at the time of entry? A GARBAGE 🗑

The only feature in the app that works is chat with an agent and the agents don't know why none of the other features don't work. I guess it's a decent app if you want to chat with someone briefly about something they are uninformed about but you can just use Facebook for that. I Facebook is more feature rich and has a larger sample size of at least marginally uninformed people on any topic you'd like to discuss.
