This app is garbage Michelin sends a report card to your company That can Effect your pay or prospects for advancement It does nothing to make the Technicians life easier In fact now I have to enter information twice once in the app and then a second time on paperwork Its clearly not designed with us in mind You can't use it to reference information such as license plate vin number mileage. On top of all that your obligated to have your phone out. In an environment is not conducive to Screens

If you're trouble with closing or updating a case... or even not able to see the case.. just go to settings and reset data base
