If I could give ZERO stars right now, I would! For TWO days the app doesn't allow me to log in, sending an "OOPS! An error has occurred. Please try again later" message. After trying all the typical "fixes" (uninstall, etc) a phone call with MFCU reveals that it's an IT problem on their end affecting Android users, they're aware of the problem, and "they're working on it."

Hello, let me give you a very sincere apology. Not being able to access your account is a terrible inconvenience, we're very sorry. We experienced a technical issue on the 6th. We fixed it as soon as we could, but you and other members were inconvenienced. Please know we appreciate you & work diligently to give you the best app experience possible.

Very easy to navigate. Can easily transfer money between accounts as needed, and do mostly all my banking at home, whether it's depositing checks, sending money to other members or through zelle. It is an excellent service. Only issue is occasional bugs that don't allow you to use the app temporarily. It is a small inconvenience, but inconvenient at times nonetheless.

Every single time I open the app, I have to completely reenter my full login info, even though I've toggled over the 'remember me' button, which is supposed to keep my username logged on. Then, I notice that my 'quick balance' symbol is also missing, even though I've gone into my settings at least 45 times in the last 3 weeks, to turn on my quick balance settings for both my savings and checking accounts. I've called customer service over this issue and still it persists! I'm very frustrated!!!
