Very easy to navigate. Can easily transfer money between accounts as needed, and do mostly all my banking at home, whether it's depositing checks, sending money to other members or through zelle. It is an excellent service. Only issue is occasional bugs that don't allow you to use the app temporarily. It is a small inconvenience, but inconvenient at times nonetheless.

It was working fine but the last few times I've logged in the fingerprint login has not been working. I love that feature and I was so happy that you had that feature in your app. Now it switched itself off for no reason and when I try to enable it, I hit the toggle for it, it asks me to confirm my password and I do and after I hit submit it switches off and it's an unending loop of that without ever being switched back on. Very frustrating.

It is the end of November, a few months after the update. The app won't take an image of a check to deposit. The app crashes. I called the Credit Union, they didn't know anything! I uninstalled and reinstalled the app (latest version) - same problem. App won't photograph check, crashes. (The number in these comments is the main Credit Union number btw, they don't know anything about the app). Update - I tried again after receiving an email from the developer - same problem.
