Hola , ejecuta el siguiente procedimiento: elimina la App y vuelve a descargarla, luego en tu equipo: Ajuste o Configuración, Aplicaciones, Buscar App Mi Claro, Almacenamiento, Eliminar datos y Memoria Caché, y vuelve a ingresar. Escríbenos a appmiclaro@clarochile.cl incluyendo tu número y te ayudaremos a la brevedad. Equipo App Mi Claro

Can't even install it. Giving up after spending all morning trying to install. I've uninstalled so many times. It's ridiculous. Claro, why can't you just make an app that works? Based on all the Negative reviews here, it's clear you simply don't care.
