Challenge your mind and your English vocabulary with Puffin, the classic word-chain game reimagined for a modern, addictive experience!

HOW TO PLAY
Every word has to pick up where the last one left off. Choose between two rules:
🔤 Last 2 Letters — the traditional rule, a bit more demanding
🔤 Classic Chain — only the last letter matters, perfect if English isn't your first language

Mistakes, running out of time, or getting blocked (no valid word left) each cost you a letter from P-U-F-F-I-N. The first to spell out all 6 letters loses the match!

SINGLE PLAYER (vs AI)
Pick your difficulty — Easy, Medium, or Hard — and face an AI opponent whose vocabulary genuinely matches the level you chose. This isn't an unbeatable AI: on Easy and Medium, it only knows the most common English words, just like a real human opponent would.

ONLINE MODE
Play in real time against players from around the world. Pick your preferred rule and you'll be automatically matched with someone playing the same way.

STRATEGIC BLACKLIST
Block up to 10 "easy" words (the kind people lean on in traditional oral word games) to push your opponent toward real creativity. In online mode, both players' lists merge automatically.

STATS & RECORDS
Track your wins, losses, and longest word chain — separately for local and online matches.

REPORT & IMPROVE
Found a missing or incorrect word in the dictionary? Report it right from the game — the dictionary keeps getting better with the community's help.
