About this app

Micocyl app is a service for mushroom collectors in Castilla y León to fundamentally help them know at all times if they are in a forest regulated under this project. The application notifies the collector of a change in status thanks to GPS, and provides other useful services such as remembering the car's parking coordinates so that it can later be located, an SOS button that sends the coordinates in an SMS, weather forecast and lists of tourist services by proximity to the collector's point: specialized restaurants, mycological guides, project events, permit issuing points, etc.

The application also includes a mycological catalog to identify the different edible mushrooms of Castilla y León

Finally, the application also allows you to obtain online collection permits. This permit is sent, after obtaining it, both by email and SMS, so the collector can obtain it in the forest without needing to print it on paper before collecting.
