My phone have biometric lock and I've enabled it in this app it doesn't work sometimes and after I update app it work for few months then issue appear the same. And also touch response is poor, all times stupid pop-up comes when I open something or when I open the app. Please fix this issues.

I am unable to check my salary or pf details in the application for a long time. Installed app doesn't help much.

Same issue arised., spoke to the technical team and said to buy a new phone just for this application, it seems i am not the only one as per below reviews who is facing the issue of whole screen and nothing happening. Also all other apps are working properly. Then why only this app? If its an internet issue then how come we can log in for the first time? Formating the phone as well didnt worked. ISSUE PENDING SINCE MORE THAN 6 MONTHS. LIKE HERE ALL IF SAME ISSUE IS HAPPENING.
