Очень сложно управлять устройством, постоянные сбои. Переодически котел живёт сам по себе и не реагирует на ручное управление. В ответ на комментарий разработчика - связь с устройством не постоянная. н Но постоянные костыли в настройках. Стабильно приглашаешь эксперта за рубли починит то, что должно работать из коробки. Выбросил.

Техподдержка отсутствует. Дозвониться к ней и в офис невозможно - выключена АТС. На тикеты в Приложении не реагируют больше суток. Сломалось устройство в гарантийный период - вы сами по себе!
