About this app

Hear's Me is an activity schedule app that also supports telework.
It is possible to grasp real-time action plans anytime and anywhere, and you can see employee trends at a glance.

Main features
[Action schedule]
You can immediately check the employee's activity schedule from a computer browser or smartphone app.
Similarly, you can change your activity schedule from your computer or smartphone, so you can keep your activity schedule up to date even if you suddenly have something scheduled.
Icons display whether you are present, away, out of office, on vacation, etc., so you can understand the status at a glance.
The information displayed includes the employee's name, status, destination, notes, arrival time, and return time.

[Location information transmission/list display function]
You can use the smartphone's GPS function to notify the administrator of the user's current location.
Administrators can check the location of all users in a list, which can be used to confirm their safety in the event of a disaster, etc.


[Attendance management function]
You can manage attendance for various work systems such as telework and off-site work using the "Start Work", "End Work", "Leave Work", "Sit Down" buttons and location information data.
You can automatically aggregate working hours and output monthly CSV data.
It also records location information when you press a button, so you can see at a glance where you worked.
