About this app
The Mida Rheuma App was developed for patients with inflammatory rheumatic diseases.
Your digital rheumatism treatment. Mida helps you to reduce your disease activity and improve your physical limitations in the long term by adapting certain behaviors that have an impact on your disease.
Therefore, to use the application, a diagnosis of one or more of the following diseases must be available:
• Rheumatoid arthritis (RA, also known as chronic polyarthritis)
• Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA)
• Spondyloarthritis (SpA) – Bechterew's disease, ankylosing spondylitis, spondyloarthritides, spondylarthritis)
The Mida App was developed together with patients and leading rheumatologists.

Mida will ask you questions about all areas of life that can have an impact on your illness. Based on this, Mida recognizes personal behaviors that can worsen and improve your illness and symptoms.
PERSONALIZED HEALTH PLANS
Mida's health plans help you adapt your disease-influencing behaviors and thus improve your condition in the long term. All health plans have been developed on the basis of medical guidelines and the latest scientific findings.
ALWAYS KNOW WHAT TO DO
With simple tasks and small changes in behavior you improve your disease activity and physical impairment. The Mida App shows you daily which tasks are pending. Mida can also support you during a rheumatic attack or when dealing with your rheumatic pain.
GET TO KNOW YOUR DISEASE BETTER
Get an overview of your well-being, pain and disease activity over time - with the Mida Rheuma Diary. Mida also shows you how your behavior regarding nutrition, exercise, mental health and medication has changed.

The Mida Rheuma App is a certified class I medical device. We apply European data protection regulations to protect your privacy and protect your data.
The following groups of people are excluded from use:
• Presence of conditions that make it impossible or dangerous to operate a screen for more than 20 minutes, including but not limited to photosensitive epilepsy and eye disorders.
• Patients who are in an undefined, severe, or critical condition.
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women.
• Planned pregnancy.
• Persons under 18 years of age
Please note the following warnings when using:
• The app may not be used while driving a motor vehicle.
• Wrong entries will lead to wrong hints and recommendations.
• To protect your health data, you should not give your phone to third parties or leave it unattended.
Please note: The applications presented in this app support you in improving your disease activity and physical limitations. They replace neither a visit to the doctor nor the necessary drug therapy.
