About this app

The Mida Rheuma app was developed for patients with inflammatory rheumatic diseases.

The app helps you keep better track of your condition. Users can document complaints and symptoms, monitor their disease progression over time, and receive helpful information and motivating support in everyday life.

Therefore, to use the app, you must have a diagnosis of one or more of the following diseases:

• Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA, also known as Chronic Polyarthritis)
• Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA)
• Spondyloarthritis (SpA) – Ankylosing Spondylitis (Bechterew's Disease)

The Mida app was developed in collaboration with patients and leading rheumatologists.

Features:

HOLISTIC HEALTH ASSESSMENT
Mida asks you questions about all areas of your life that may influence your condition. Based on this, Mida identifies personal behaviors that can worsen or improve your condition and symptoms.

PERSONALIZED HEALTH PLANS
Mida's health plans help you adjust your disease-influencing behaviors and thus improve your condition in the long term. All health plans are developed based on medical guidelines and the latest scientific findings.

ALWAYS KNOW WHAT TO DO
With simple tasks and small behavior changes, you can improve your disease activity and physical limitations. The Mida app shows you which tasks are due each day. Mida can also support you during a flare-up or when managing your rheumatic pain.

GET TO KNOW YOUR DISEASE BETTER
Gain an overview of your well-being, pain, and disease activity over time with the Mida Rheumatism Diary. Mida also shows you how your behaviors regarding diet, exercise, mental health, and medication have changed.
