Midas Touch is a measuring instrument for those who produce ice cream, popsicles, and açaí — not a recipe app. You assemble the formulation with the ingredients you already use, and it calculates the parameters of your base mix, comparing them with the reference ranges for the type of product you want to make.
ELEVEN REFERENCE PROFILES
Milk-based ice cream (economic, standard, premium, and super premium), sherbet, sorbet, injected milk-based popsicle, water-based popsicle, and açaí (economic, standard, and high quality). Each profile with its own tolerance range — because water-based popsicles and super premium ice cream don't have the same target.
In the free plan you see where the base syrup deviates
• 7 Balance metrics: fats, sugars, relative sweetness, total solids, SNGL, stabilizer and emulsifier
• 64 ingredients in the database
• 2 saved formulations
• Comparison with the reference range of each parameter
The free plan shows which parameter is outside the range. It does not explain the cause
nor suggest a correction.
