[Main Features]

1. Screen Sharing
-Customer support representatives can screen-share your mobile device screen in real-time to resolve issues.

2. Live Chat
-Allows users and support representatives to chat in real time.

3. file transfer
- Users and support agents can transfer files in both directions.
(However, the customer's device can only access the download folder - comply with Android policy)

4. Drawing
- The customer support representative can use the drawing tool to display a picture on the user's device screen.


[How to use]
Step1. Install and run 'ezMobile' from Google Play.
Step2. Enter the access code (6 digits) provided by the representative and touch the OK button.
Step3. The representative will perform mobile support.
Step4. End the support service.

Access Permissions
Phone - Used to show phone status and application list, etc.
Storage - Used to transfer files
Screenshot - to share screenshots with the agent
Location - to get network-based location information.

If a customer cannot understand and use the app's services normally, or cannot utilize the app's touch normally due to a disability, etc.
It is used for the role of performing the touch of the representative after the customer's consent.

'ezMobile-Remote Support' does not collect any personal information other than for the purpose of the above functions using the Accessibility Service API.
