My Midas is the official app for customers of Midas Telecom, a fiber optic internet provider in Campinas-SP. Your account, your bills, and your support—all in the palm of your hand, without needing to call or wait for a representative.

PAYMENTS

• Pay your bills via PIX (QR Code or copy-and-paste), bank slip, or credit card
• Register for Automatic PIX and never forget your monthly payment again — debit every month, no penalty
• Save your card for faster payments
• View the complete history of already paid bills
• Generate a new bank slip if yours has expired
• Make a payment promise in seconds

SUPPORT

• Open tickets and attach photos of the problem
• Track the status of your ticket in real time
• See if your internet is working normally, under maintenance, or restricted
• Close a ticket through the app itself when you resolve the issue yourself

YOUR PLAN AND YOUR USAGE

• Track how much internet you used in the month
• See the contracted speed of your plan
• Manage your home Wi-Fi directly through the app: change the network name and password without having to touch the router (when available in your plan)

• Download your contract at PDF
• Access your invoices (NFSe, NFCom and NF)
• Generate your annual settlement statement
• Digitally sign documents

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

• Log in with Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint
• Encrypted connection (HTTPS) with the Midas server
• Your data is processed in accordance with the LGPD (General Data Protection Law)
• Full Privacy Notice available within the app

Only active Midas Telecom customers. Access is via your CPF (or CNPJ) and Central password. If you are not yet a customer, check out our plans at midasinternet.com.br.
