I would like the option to be able to transfer funds from this account to other institutions. I have accounts at other CU's. One of them has that function. Especially during Covid19 it has come in handy. Other than that, the app works just fine! I do like the option to make payments to my auto loan in the app and transfer funds between accounts within Mid Carolina.

Always, fast, dependable, and accurate, information for my needs, with Mid C accounts!!! ALWAYS!!! Love this app so much more than any other banking apps I've had previously. One of my most appreciated services with Mid C is the personal attention I receive when I have an issue that can't be resolved with the app. EVERYONE I've spoken with goes above and beyond to make sure my concerns are addressed and rectified!!! EVERYONE, EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! WAY TO GO, Mid-Carolina!!! I'm a huge fan!!!

this app is so easy to use. it has made banking so easy for me! Update 9/22/21, the app has not worked in weeks. The IT guy says that it sometimes doesn't work on older androids, (really?), that it works well on Apple Iphones(could they get more snotty?). That there is nothing they can do. I have had this app through 2 phones (I can still open it on my LG rebel talk about old androids). I am reinstalling to see if that will work. Update for the past couple of weeks, the app will not open.
