this app is so easy to use. it has made banking so easy for me! Update 9/22/21, the app has not worked in weeks. The IT guy says that it sometimes doesn't work on older androids, (really?), that it works well on Apple Iphones(could they get more snotty?). That there is nothing they can do. I have had this app through 2 phones (I can still open it on my LG rebel talk about old androids). I am reinstalling to see if that will work. Update for the past couple of weeks, the app will not open.

Been using for 5 years with no issues. It is simple to transfer money between accounts, check balance, use Zelle, set-up alerts etc. Has everything I need to utilize without any unnecessary links or marketing. In summary it is a very solid app for a very good credit union.

Dear lord this app is awful. Half the time it logs me out and won't let me use fingerprint. Then when I do log in and try to press my balance it is just a frozen screen. As big as this bank is you guys shouldnt have an app that sucks this bad. Almost to the point of pulling all my money out and going to a different bank. Allsouth doesn't have this issue.
