It was working good but now it's showing devices connected that aren't currently connected and not showing one's that are connected

Wifi is fine, app is absolutely horrible though. Constant problems

This is ridiculous. I tried to onboard my router. It won't scan qr code. So I tried to enter the Mac and serial manually. Well the Mac address enters fine. But the serial on my router has letters and numbers. And this app won't let me use letters. Like I said, this is ridiculous!!
