This is ridiculous. I tried to onboard my router. It won't scan qr code. So I tried to enter the Mac and serial manually. Well the Mac address enters fine. But the serial on my router has letters and numbers. And this app won't let me use letters. Like I said, this is ridiculous!!

from the beginning of the process which is getting our neighbors and enough people to sign up so that we could get the fiber optic to the total installation of it the experience was awesome customer service is over the top I can't say enough about the staff the people that installed it the ones that place the fiber optic wiring the whole crew was just wonderful. and our service is exactly what they told us above and beyond we have fast uninterrupted Internet
