Control your Midco account right from your phone. With the Midco My Account app, you can:



  • View your statement and pay your bill.

  • Manage your account details, users and profile.

  • Get important account notifications.

  • Explore your current service plans and equipment.

  • Troubleshoot or reboot your equipment.

  • Reset your password and security PIN.

  • Manage your auto pay and paperless billing settings.

  • Manage appointments and add upcoming appointments to your calendar.

Just download the app and log in with your My Account information to get started.


- Streamlined navigation. Intuitive design.
Maneuvering your way around the app is simpler than ever. From the main dashboard, you can access the navigation bar to easily manage all your Midco account information.


- Quick customer support.
Connect with our support team directly from My Account. Click the speech bubble icon in the upper left corner of your screen to live chat with a customer service representative. Or if you prefer, you can text or call.


- Appointment scheduling.
When you have an upcoming Midco service or install appointment, you can now save it to your device calendar. Customers can modify appointments in the app and cancel service call appointments.


- More accurate outage updates.
If we detect a Midco service outage in your area, it will appear on your main dashboard.

I was able to log in right away and did not get stuck on the purple screen like the other reviews say. My only complaint is that they've highly raised my rate for internet two months in a row now and I can't afford it anymore (if they raise it the same amount next month, it will have doubled!), but the app doesn't have a "cancel service" button. But of course it doesn't, because they want our money. I'll just take my modem back into the shop down the street and tell them I don't want it anymore.

This app doesn't work with a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. When I click the app, I get a completely white screen. The app never lets me access my account. I've connected with my cell service as well as my wifi. I've also restarted my phone. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Nothing has worked.

Hello, Molly! Sorry for the My Account app issues. We think this may fix it: Go to Settings on your phone. Choose Apps. Choose Midco My Account app. Select Storage. Select Clear Cache. Then try the app again. If that doesn't work, go back and select Clear Data on the last step. Let us know if you still have any issues at Midco.com/Contact.

App doesn't work and can't sign in. If can get signed in you get a blank page and locks up. I have also cleared the cashe and data, uninstall and reinstalled the app and have contacted midco and the app still doesn't work. Just get a blank white screen if I can sign in at all.
