About this app

Mini Todo is a to-do list app for people who just want to write it down and move on. Type the task in the bar at the bottom, press enter, and it is on the list — about three seconds, no forms, no extra screens.
Add a due date when a task has one and you get a single notification at 9:00 on the morning it is due. Whatever is due soonest sits at the top on its own.
No account, no sign-in, no setup. Mini Todo works offline and keeps your list on your phone, not on a server of ours.

Most task apps grow into project managers: workspaces, tags, priorities, subtasks inside subtasks. This one stays closer to a sticky note that happens to remember deadlines.

Three seconds to write it down
• The input bar stays at the bottom: type, press enter, and the keyboard stays open for the next one
• One flat list — nothing to file into a project, folder or tag first
• The due-date button sits next to the text field, and using it is optional

Tap, swipe, long-press
• Tap the checkbox to complete a task, tap it again to bring it back
• Swipe a row to the left to delete it
• Long-press a row to fix a typo or change the due date

A list that sorts itself
• Tasks due soonest come first; undated tasks follow in the order you wrote them
• Due today is labelled "Today"; a task past its date is labelled "Overdue" in red
• Completed tasks fold away into a collapsed section at the bottom of the list

One notification, on the morning it is due
• Only tasks with a due date notify you, once, at 9:00 on the day itself — no daily digest, no repeat nagging
• Complete or delete the task and its scheduled notification goes with it
• Scheduled notifications are restored after your phone restarts

A quiet look at your week
• "Done this week" counts everything you finished in the last seven days
• "Completion rate" shows how much of your list you have cleared
• A seven-day bar chart shows the days you actually got through things

Why the app asks for notifications
Mini Todo asks for one Android permission you will actually see: notifications, and only the first time you pick a due date. Decline it and everything else keeps working — you simply read the list yourself. The app also declares a permission to restore scheduled reminders after a reboot; it is not a sensitive permission and is used for nothing else. There is no location, camera, contacts or storage access. Your tasks are stored in a database on the device and are never sent to a server of ours, so there is no account to create — and no cloud sync between devices either. Android's own automatic backup is left switched on for this app, so if you use device backup, your list can be included in the backup Android makes to your own Google account and restored when you set up a new phone or reinstall. That is an operating-system feature you control in Android's settings, not something this app runs.

Also included
• Works offline — nothing here needs a network connection
• English, Korean, Japanese and Spanish, with due dates in your regional format
• Follows your system light or dark theme
• "Delete all completed" in Settings clears the finished pile in one step

Free, with a one-time upgrade
Everything above is free, supported by a small banner under the list and an occasional full-screen ad after several completed tasks. If you would rather not see them, "Remove ads" is a single purchase of $2.99 — not a subscription — and it switches every ad off permanently. It is the only thing sold in the app, and no feature is locked behind it.

Milk on the way home, the call you keep putting off, the form due on Friday. Write it down in three seconds and let the list remember the rest.
A to-do list that takes three seconds to write in. Add your first task today.
