About this app

Midebo answers your business phone when you cannot.

It picks up on the first ring, works out what the caller wants, and books the
job into a slot you can actually make - not double-booked, not forty miles out
of your way. If it cannot book, it takes their name, number and what they need,
and commits you to calling them back, so nothing is lost either way.

This app is for the owner. It is where you see what your phone did while you
were under a sink, up a ladder, mid-haircut or on another call.

- Calls - who rang, what they wanted, and a readable summary of what was said
- Your work list - what is on the books, and the requests still to confirm

IT USES YOUR TRADE'S WORDS

A plumber sees Jobs. A barber sees Appointments. A charter sees Bookings. The
app takes its vocabulary from the kind of business you run, so nothing on the
screen reads like it was written for somebody else's trade.

YOU KEEP YOUR NUMBER

You forward your existing line to us, so nothing changes for the people who
already call you. There is no new number to advertise and nothing to reprint.

WHO IT IS FOR

Small businesses where the owner is the one who misses the call: plumbing,
HVAC and electrical, roofing and remodeling, landscaping, pest control,
cleaning, towing and auto repair, barbers and salons, dog grooming, and the
trades that live on the phone.

BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD

A Midebo account is required. This app is the owner's view of an account, not
a standalone tool. Plans and billing are handled on midebo.com. The app does
not sell anything and has no billing screen.

Calls are answered by an automated assistant, and every caller is told so at
the start of the call.

Midebo is not an emergency service. Callers with an emergency are directed
to 911.

What’s new

Rescheduling now shows a full month. Pick any day that has openings and see the times for it, instead of choosing from the next few slots.

Fixed: Reports and Customers could briefly show results for a period or search you had already moved on from.

The app now recovers instead of hanging if your signal drops part way through an action.

Clearer wording throughout, and bigger targets on the filter and period buttons.
