The Abrasel app is a digital platform developed to centralize management tools and resources for establishments in the food service sector, such as bars, restaurants, snack bars, and bakeries.
The platform's objective is to offer managers a set of digital functionalities to assist in the operation and strategy of their business. The available tools are organized into the following modules:
Management and Planning Module:
- Growth Program: A diagnostic system that performs a self-assessment of the business and, based on the responses, generates a structured growth plan for a two-year period.
- Menu Pricing: Functionality that assists in optimizing menu prices, using market data from the establishment's region.
- Satisfaction Monitoring: Tool to track customer evaluations of service and products.
Support and Training Module:
- Virtual Assistant (Ava): A chatbot available 24 hours a day to answer frequently asked questions about management and operation.
- Knowledge Paths: A collection of over 30 courses and content on topics relevant to the sector, developed in partnership with Sebrae.
- Consultation Scheduling: An interface that allows scheduling sessions with specialized consultants.
Communication and Community Module:
- Forums and Communities: Online discussion spaces where managers can interact, exchange information, and share experiences with other professionals in the sector.
- Live Events: Access to online broadcasts and events with market experts.
Integration and Digital Presence Module:
- Google Integration: The platform integrates with Google Business Profiles. Users can update information such as menus, opening hours, photos, and delivery links in one place for automatic synchronization with the company's public Google profile. This functionality includes a menu scanning tool using images.

- All content is automatically organized into categories.
- Share all permitted content using your installed apps.
