I like the app EXPECT for not being able to see the transactions of checks written that may or may not going through that day, you can't see the transactions until the next day. whenever I call to ask if any transaction debt withdrawal and am told they can't see if it is or isn't

Been a customer here since 2007. Very few issues or problems with the app or the credit union. They have always been very fair, even when I'm being a dummy. I don't use a lot of the features, but nice to know they're there if I need them. Only one thing I wish they'd simplify is their bill pay feature. To me, it is very confusing, especially the deliver by date and the send out date. I don't know how many times I have messed this up. Other wise, great app.

I am not happy with the ability to over charge my account when I am not allowed to do so but when a machine overdrafts my account I'm held responsible for the amount plus a overdraft fee . And have been stolen from multiple times by infuze and have tried to get my checking account upgraded but since I have not been able to keep my account in the positive for a yr I have been unable to solve problems
