Been a customer here since 2007. Very few issues or problems with the app or the credit union. They have always been very fair, even when I'm being a dummy. I don't use a lot of the features, but nice to know they're there if I need them. Only one thing I wish they'd simplify is their bill pay feature. To me, it is very confusing, especially the deliver by date and the send out date. I don't know how many times I have messed this up. Other wise, great app.

I have banked with Infuze for several years. Before this experience I would have reviewed them as a "good one". I have even recommended them. I haven't needed them, for the most part, they hold my money. However this past weekend which was July 4th (so they had extended closures) and due to no fault of my own, a fraud hold was placed on my card. Infuze has to change the customer # on file with fraud services. I have had my new number for 15months. Infuze has this number. Fraud services did not.
