Ever since they forced Ai into the app logging in takes 7 years and normally fails twice. whats the point in having a bank app when it takes 12 minutes to sign in each time.

We understand how frustrating long login times can be. While the timing may have appeared connected, our investigation found the login delays were unrelated to the AI features. Our team has identified the underlying issue and an update containing improvements is currently in final review.

Worst Banking App I've ever used. Infuze is great, the app is awful.

Been a customer here since 2007. Very few issues or problems with the app or the credit union. They have always been very fair, even when I'm being a dummy. I don't use a lot of the features, but nice to know they're there if I need them. Only one thing I wish they'd simplify is their bill pay feature. To me, it is very confusing, especially the deliver by date and the send out date. I don't know how many times I have messed this up. Other wise, great app.
