Terrible time to abruptly end service on one app and force people to get an app that doesnt work. This bank and all of their online services are terrible. Cannot log into the app, cant get the to the phone, can't go to the bank because it requires an appointment due to covid. Essentially I have no access to my accounts because of another terrible service from Mid Oregon. If they weren't the only credit union in town, I would run for the hills.

Got the app set up it worked great. About a week ago, couldn't get in at all, had to contact the bank and change the password, Started working fine again, now today it quits as soon as I sign in! Sent feedback to the developer that it's kicking me off. Other than that, I like it better than the old one! Soon as they get the bugs out😜

After dealing with the terrible service of other banks for a long time, I decided to try out Mid Oregon as a family member recommended them. They have been perfect. The person I setup my account with was knowledgeable and even referred me to their credit building area which greatly helped. The app is simple, refined, and detailed, so always know what's happening and why. I love everything about it so far.
