After mid penn bought out river view and switched apps, the app is totally useless. When I open the app I have no ability to do anything. It just opens with the mid penn bank logo and that's it. Trying to get a hold of customer service is a head ache and even when I finally got in contact with them, they said there is no time frame on a solution to fix the issue. What a joke!

Overall app could be much better. One extremely annoying thing is that the app will log me out if I navigate away for not even a min. to use my calculator. I then have to log back in and if it happens too many times I get locked out and have to call in to get unlocked...and if it's after business hours (which is when I usually have quiet time to work on finances) I then have to wait until the IT department is open.

This bank sucks i had no problems till the new bank took over, ever since then i have had nothing but problems. Ill be swithing banks immediately. The card works for in store purchases where you can physically use the chip. Online it tells me "invalid card info" on everything. Also the bank tellers are condescending and completely useless in helping with the problem.
