The new format is not user friendly. Many of the drop down boxes open and take up most of my phone screen and it is the difficult to progress through to the next line. Also, when a check clears in my checking account, I no longer see a picture of the check and it doesn't say who the check was addressed to. It only shows a check number. This makes it difficult to track checks when they clear through bill pay and my own personal checks

Thank you for your feedback, Jennifer. We apologize that you are not able to see the picture of the checks when they clear and for the difficulty you have experienced in tracking them. We are working diligently to resolve this issue and are waiving check copy fees for members if they come into a branch.

Usued to be a great app and user friendly. After there last system update app is a joke. Not user friendly and impossible to use. You can't even close the app without swiping it away. Very disappointed and considering on changing banks. App just says you have entered an invalid password. Deleted app and changed password to get in. Then the next time I tried to sign in it tells me that you have entered an invalid password again and won't even let me set up the biometric. This app is a total joke

They remember me feature does not work on Android phone. The screen is more cluttered it takes more scrolling to see your account information if you have multiple accounts. The message at the top that takes up space that doesn't need to be there and displays every time ( it's the green message with an X beside it) The overall app seems to be slower and load slower.

Thank you for leaving us a review, NJH. While many users have security settings to unlock their phone, we are required to add a layer of protection to your login as well. If you select "Remember Me" it will only remember your username. You can set up Face ID settings on the login screen to avoid entering your password at each login.
