The new format is not user friendly. Many of the drop down boxes open and take up most of my phone screen and it is the difficult to progress through to the next line. Also, when a check clears in my checking account, I no longer see a picture of the check and it doesn't say who the check was addressed to. It only shows a check number. This makes it difficult to track checks when they clear through bill pay and my own personal checks

Thank you for your feedback, Jennifer. We apologize that you are not able to see the picture of the checks when they clear and for the difficulty you have experienced in tracking them. We are working diligently to resolve this issue and are waiving check copy fees for members if they come into a branch.

Pretty much useless! Can't make loan payments from linked external accounts. Constantly have to go through complicated external account verification process, on a daily basis now! Can't make mobile deposits. Only good for seeing how much left i owe. There are too few physical locations for this app to be this useless! The closest one to me is 58 minutes away! I hate this app!

We understand this can be frustrating. Please call us at 800-348-4738 so we can assist you with the mobile deposit process. We've also made recent updates to simplify the external payment process which will be easier to use. We would be happy to walk you through that.

Usued to be a great app and user friendly. After there last system update app is a joke. Not user friendly and impossible to use. You can't even close the app without swiping it away. Very disappointed and considering on changing banks. App just says you have entered an invalid password. Deleted app and changed password to get in. Then the next time I tried to sign in it tells me that you have entered an invalid password again and won't even let me set up the biometric. This app is a total joke
