If you want a clunky, confusing, hard to use app, this one is for you! Bill pay is a mess, and while they added some interesting new features, upgrades usually mean existing features improve too. They were consistent in making online look and work as poorly as the "app" at least.

Every time I try to log in it makes me reset my password. Every. Single. Time. There is nothing convenient about an app that forces me to call, -during specific business hours- and wait in a queue for the chance to beg some person to reset my password just so I can check my account balance. Online access for both the app and the website are trash. The whole point of going online is to avoid the hassle of talking to a person-- way to fail at the one job you had.

This app is difficult to use. I can't transfer money between accounts. If I want to transfer money to my ready reserve I have to call the bank. I have a lot of difficulty uploading mobile deposits. The other app was much better and this one needs a lot of things fixed.
