The app is always having some kind of issues. The past two days I hadn't been able to check my account because it just kept loading, tried fast balance, still nothing, then tried the website only for it to not work. Almost everytime I log in it tells me i need to verify myself, even though I literally use the app daily. Please fix your app. Its very frustrating when I need to check my balance and it won't let me because "an error". This app has been nothing but issues.

As many have stated, when it works, its great. However, more than once, when I open the app, it takes forever to access the login screen. When it does load, it doesn't remember my username and finally, when I enter the login info, it again just spins. I wish American Trust never sold to them. Things were much better before MidwestOne took over.

I'm so over this app. If you aren't going to have more locations at least have a decent app. I have to reset my login info almost every time I use it, fingerprint login is forgotten every time I use it again, and the app crashes 90 percent of the time I try to do a remote deposit. Guess I have to drive 30 minutes to deposit my checks once again. Maybe it's time to switch banks.
