It's the message that stalls the group chat for three days. Someone suggests a spot near their place, someone else has to cross the island to get there, and nobody wants to be the one who says it's unfair.
MidWhereAh settles it. Add where everyone is coming from, and it finds a meeting point that's actually fair: the place that keeps the longest journey as short as possible, using real Singapore public-transport times instead of distance on a map. No one gets stuck with the worst commute.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Start a group and add your friends.
2. Everyone drops their starting point.
3. MidWhereAh finds the fairest place to meet and suggests real venues around it: cafes, restaurants, bars, and things to do.
4. Vote on where to go and get door-to-door directions from your spot.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
Most "midpoint" apps just split the distance on a map. In Singapore that falls apart, because a spot can look central and still take an hour by train. MidWhereAh uses actual MRT and bus travel times, so fair means fair by the clock, which is the thing that matters when you're the one travelling.
