drying machines haven't worked for years since they have been installed and appwash doesn't do anything about it. the app is easy to use though. shows a lot of error messages while refilling the account.

The app itself is fine, it works okay, regardless of some issues related to the chatting function and the need to pay twice sometimes. But the laundry service is an example of how things shouldn't be. It is completely unreliable, I don't remember a single time I used the dryer and it wasn't interrupted in the middle of the program for no reason. Doing my laundry became such a nightmare!

I book a 35 minute dry, it stops it after 10 minute, and doesn't refund me any money back.
