Ratings and reviews

Routinely fails to connect to the washing machines, and there's no visual conformation on the machine if the payment is successful. Reloading credits on your account kicks you out to your browser and is messy, and the in-app laundry timer counts up, not down, so it's hard to tell how long your laundry will take.

Two days without connection left me out of pocket and hours wasted. The machines kept experiencing connectivity issues. The advice was to continue trying. Each time the connection failed the amount was refunded. Except for one time where an error caused the payment to go through despite the machine not starting. They are refusing to refund me because I didn't use a new machine straight afterwards. Even though it was impossible for me to do that due to said connection issues. Scandalous!

easy to use, very responsive. good: the app itself was great, had a realtime view of available washers and dryers and would send an alert when the cycle was done. bad: only issue we had was not with the app, but other users. some had left their laundry in the washer long after the cycle was done. which meant others could not use it, despite it being available. as for the App, Amazing and as we were only visiting for a short time, got a refund within days of making the request.
