I encountered an issue where I was unable to top up due to a "server error". The real reason was because there was an update i hadn't installed. nowhere in the app did it tell me this. Change your error messages guys. Another problem is that you can only top up in increments of 5 euro while it costs 3 euro per wash, meaning you will inevitably have some change left over. And if the wifi goes down, you just gotta wear stinky clothes. Don't you just love the internet of things?

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. If there is no network in the washroom, we can unfortunately not change anything in the short term, because this is the fault of the network operator. Works fine for me. However, a few simple changes would make it a lot easier to use. For example, why do the timers of in-use machines count up instead of down? When it counts down I can actually see when mine is done and when another machine will become available. It doesn't save me as much time if I have to keep checking the app. Maybe a notification for when a new machine is available would also be nice.

Works sometimes. But sometimes servers are down and client support gaslights you that it's working. Overall expensive, especially with rising prices and poor maintaining of machines. If this wouldn't be mandatory to use machines, I wouldn't use this app. Also, after update UI is better, but still has errors and poor user experience, ridiculous especially since it's an app with 2 features - pay and activate.
