Pretty terrible. 1. consistently undershots washing duration, making me get up 6-7 minutes earlier than I need 2. if a machine is taken, shows the time since a wash has _started_, which is completely useless – what I want to see is how long there's left _until_ it frees up (the app should have this information from the machine) 3. when you make a reservation, you immediately get a "you've got a message" popup, and the message says that... you've made a reservation. Yeah

"I have no clean t-shirts because the washing machine won't connect Miele servers" is a sentence I never thought I'd say, but here I am. I've been trying to get a load of washing done since 09:00. It's now 19:15 and I'm still fighting the dryer. The ridiculous price for a simple wash and dry could maybe be argued for, if only the whole system worked properly. Yet again, 'smart' devices prove themselves to be anything but.

Has always worked without issues. Whenever I had a problem and needed a refund (i.e. machines not working/someone stole my spot before I could reach the machines after I booked it) they issued it without questions asked, and surely beats the old system with 50 cent coins. Overall very satisfied.
