Ratings and reviews

Routinely fails to connect to the washing machines, and there's no visual conformation on the machine if the payment is successful. Reloading credits on your account kicks you out to your browser and is messy, and the in-app laundry timer counts up, not down, so it's hard to tell how long your laundry will take.

This app works fine I suppose, but I hate that we live in a world where using an app to do laundry is an acceptable practice. I'm no luddite, but what's so wrong with using a credit card or coins? And frankly, running something like this can't be cheap, and it shows. The prices for doing a load of laundry are easily double what they would be otherwise.

Review is about the service rather than the app - if you are an accommodation provider considering using Miele, don't! Constant machine connection issues and machine faults which don't get fixed. Machines were installed 6 weeks ago and detergent is still not connected. Nothing works. 80% of the time I do laundry I need to swap machines as the first one I try doesn't work or connect. I have twice in six weeks had to rewash laundry as the machine was faulty but still "ran"
