What Apple Of Cartagena? We define ourselves as an innovative restaurant, born from a passion for food, the desire to satisfy every palate, whatever intolerance. At the "apple" you can taste new dishes, born from the careful study of the raw materials, the traditional pace of innovation, every day we offer seafood from the market, and proposals ground meat coming from the best farms and Italian Europeans. In addition to the restaurant we offer Pizzeria service, our mix is ​​only performed with prestigious Italian ingredients, starting from our flour, Olive Oil Extra Virgin Olive in Calabria, until the Mozzarella Di Seriate. Also thanks to the participation of the AIC project, we can guarantee all our customers, the entire menu of the restaurant and all the pizzas, even GLUTEN. We are in Castel Rozzone (BG).
