The Playa Palmera App allows users to get the most out of the services, amenities and attractions that Playa Palmera Beach Resort offers guests.
When using it for the first time, users can log in to an existing Playa Palmera account, use the login through a reservation number or create a new account.
A user's account in the Playa Palmera App can be personalized. In the app, the user can change the display language to English and Spanish, change the login password, and choose an avatar.
Playa Palmera App offers the ability to track a user's upcoming reservations, as well as make an express chceck-in. To make an express chceck-in, users are required to upload scans of their identification documents (ID or passport) to the app. Once the administrators approve them, the user will be able to use this option.
By having the Playa Palmer App, users can collect loyalty points. Their number of points translates into user status: BLUE, SILVER, GOLD and DIAMOND. The higher the status, the more discounts the user can get.
The number of points accrued is related to the length of stay at Playa Palmera Beach Resort and the type of accommodations. Points are automatically credited after check-out.
The Playa Palmera App allows users to make reservations for subsequent stays at Playa Palmera Beach Resort. Depending on the user's status, a discount will be assigned for the next reservation.

Playa Palmera App allows easy access to the range of services and attractions offered by Playa Palmera Beach Resort. Through the app, users can directly contact the front desk, concierge and guest manager.
The app allows users to check the range of restaurants and stores available at the resort and take advantage of delivery options from selected restaurants and stores to their accommodations. The app also lists a travel agency's offerings for organizing excursions, beauty salon and spa offerings, and a doctor's service.
The Playa Palmera App features a convenient map of Playa Palmera Beach Resort allowing users to efficiently navigate and orient themselves on the resort's grounds in order to move to a selected accommodation, a selected service point, a parking space, pools or the beach.
The purpose of the Playa Palmera App is to offer guests a package of conveniences that will significantly affect their comfort and relaxation at Playa Palmera Beach Resort.
