MiProof Agent is the in-field companion to MiProof — the identity
verification service by MiKashBoks. It lets the field agents of
banks, microfinance institutions, mobile money operators, and
savings-group organisations run compliant KYC and KYB checks on
their customers, anywhere.

Built for West Africa's real operating conditions — patchy
networks, bright sun, and customers who aren't coming to a
branch — MiProof Agent keeps your verification pipeline moving.

KEY FEATURES

• Smart document capture — Point the camera at a national ID,
passport, driver's licence, or business registration. On-device
intelligence auto-detects the document, crops it, and flags
low-quality shots before you submit.

• Selfie with liveness — Confirm the customer is real and present
using on-device face detection with anti-spoofing checks.

• Works offline — Every capture is saved securely on-device and
queued for sync. When the signal comes back, everything uploads
automatically with retry logic you can trust.

• Geo-stamped audit trail — Each capture records its location and
timestamp so compliance teams have a clean evidence trail.

• Multi-tenant by design — Each agent sees only the workflows
assigned by their institution. Case history, daily quotas, and
submission status are one tap away.

• Biometric sign-in — Fingerprint or Face ID login, with a secure
keystore for every credential.

WHO THIS APP IS FOR

MiProof Agent is for licensed field agents of MiKashBoks
partners. You need an active agent account issued by your
institution to sign in. It is not a consumer app.
