I've been a miku user since 2019 and I've watched it nosedive into the unreliable app that it is now. Premium safety features were my sole reason for purchasing TWO of these and now it functions like a basic camera. Except when it doesn't function at all. I used to rave about this monitor and the features it came with but it's rather useless now.

Constantly disconnecting, always loading, not reliable at all. Dropping signal is a weekly occurrence, if not more often than that. And we won't go into how features that used to be included no longer are since they got bought out. It's absolutely terrible. I regret the purchase of this camera, and the app is just like rubbing salt into the wound. AVOID AT ALL COST.
