About this app
MILA is a unified digital medical record that automatically collects medical information for a user authorized through State Services from 8 thousand medical organizations connected to the system in the Russian Federation. The application allows the user to add children and loved ones to the account, upload their own documents and share a medical record.
Users of the application can compare prices in pharmacies (more than 40 thousand) throughout Russia, search and book pharmaceutical products.
The application was developed by ElNetMed LLC, which is officially connected to the Unified State Information System in the field of healthcare of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (connection date 10/11/2019).
The application is officially integrated with the Unified Identification and Logistics System and provides login for users through State Services. This is necessary to identify the user as the owner of medical data in the system (according to Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 12, 2018 N 447), as well as identification as a patient in case of his participation in telemedicine consultations (Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 965n of November 30, 2017).
User data protection is ensured in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. ElNetMed LLC is a personal data operator, included in the Roskomnadzor Register of Operators, registration number 78-21-008437. The information system of ElNetMed LLC is certified and provides secure data storage in accordance with the security level UZ-2, class K2 (Certificate No. KI.3563/22-1). ElNetMed ISPD software, hardware and linguistic tools are located on the territory of the Russian Federation. The MILA subsystem is part of the N3.Health software package (entry in the register of domestic software of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation No. 9016 dated 02/05/2021).
