The manual is limited with understanding all the features. It needs to be fully rewritten. When it comes to operations of the device, there are several items that I proved doesn't work at all. For starters, you need to practice using the device before you get on any golf course. There are practice courses but they don't allow you to do any practice beyond your first club. You cannot edit your golf bag after selecting your clubs. Customer service does not exist.

My Genesonic Go (GPS Device) connected to the app, no problem. the speake4 connected via bluetooth, no problem, but when I enter the app, my speaker will not show up as a connected device. I go to add device, it brings me to my bluetooth settings, where I am already connected to the speaker, and the only option when I return to the app is "use bluetooth to connect device". its already connected! tried this many times reconnecting, unpairing. It just wont show up in the app.

I have not been able to login to the app with my Samsung 24ultra. it constantly gives me an error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, tired through wifi and mobile data and get the same error of not being able to connect to sign on to the app. Has anyone else had this issue? I am located in VA. Update: I was finally able to login to the app and create my account, bit I am having issues syncing my GeneSonic Pro and after my golf round. Getting error messages.
