Milestone ESS is the official Employee Self Service app for Milestone Aluminium. It puts your daily HR and operations workflows in one place — secured by your company login.

KEY FEATURES

Attendance & Geofenced Check-in — One-tap check-in / check-out with site-based geofencing; automatic shift detection and missed-checkout recovery; off-shift, work-from-home, missed punch, late entry and early departure requests.

Leave Management — Apply for leave from a unified annual pool; track balance, status and approval history; two-level approval flow (Reporting Authority → HR).

Expense Claims — Submit multi-line expense claims with per-item receipts; track project, type and approval status.

Travel Plans — Plan official visits, vendor calls and customer trips; auto check-in on arrival via GPS.

Approvals (Managers) — Review and act on Leave, Attendance, Expense and Travel requests; pending and history views in a single screen.

Site Transfer & Bulk Check-in — Site In-Charge can request employee transfers and submit bulk attendance for site teams; multi-level approval by Site Supervisor / Project Head.

Profile & Notifications — View and update profile, photo and contact details; real-time push notifications for approvals, rejections, birthdays and announcements; in-app birthday wishes and holiday list.

Security — Biometric / device-credential app lock; HTTPS-secured communication with the Milestone backend.

This app is intended for active employees of Milestone Aluminium and authorised group companies. A valid company account is required to log in.
