Extremely pathetic experience. Most of the time the deliveries are delayed and towards the end of the day it is cancelled. Though the refund is provided timely but can't help the loss of time and product. Also, once you add money to their wallet, there is no way to get it back, so you out of no choice keep using the app unless you exhaust the amount. Their Customer care services are equally pathetic. Won't schedule a call with an agent, instead will ask to email. Overall all a big 0 stars

This service is basically a scam. Let me tell you how, one they will promise you cashback, then the cashback arrives on a random date and then disappears on a random date, so that you don't get to use. Secondly, each of the price they have, some of them are even wrong pricing just to show you heavy discounts. You might end up spending more. After the cashback scam I asked them to reverse my wallet money to my account, they closed my account, which I didn't even request for.

Milkbasket has completely changed the way I manage my daily groceries. The early morning delivery is incredibly convenient I just add items to my cart the night before, and everything is at my doorstep by the time I wake up. No more last-minute runs to the store! The app is super easy to use, with a wide variety of products from milk and bread to fresh fruits, veggies, and even household essentials. I also appreciate the flexible scheduling and wallet-based payments
