Extremely pathetic experience. Most of the time the deliveries are delayed and towards the end of the day it is cancelled. Though the refund is provided timely but can't help the loss of time and product. Also, once you add money to their wallet, there is no way to get it back, so you out of no choice keep using the app unless you exhaust the amount. Their Customer care services are equally pathetic. Won't schedule a call with an agent, instead will ask to email. Overall all a big 0 stars

Absolutely pathetic service. I was promised a ‘7 days free milk’ offer, but never received. This feels like completely misleading and false advertising. Orders are unreliable sometimes marked as delivered when nothing actually arrives. The app itself is buggy, and items often disappear after placing orders. Customer support is the worst part they give generic replies and don’t resolve anything. Overall, it feels like a bait and switch system just to get users to sign up and add money. Worst exp
