Extremely pathetic experience. Most of the time the deliveries are delayed and towards the end of the day it is cancelled. Though the refund is provided timely but can't help the loss of time and product. Also, once you add money to their wallet, there is no way to get it back, so you out of no choice keep using the app unless you exhaust the amount. Their Customer care services are equally pathetic. Won't schedule a call with an agent, instead will ask to email. Overall all a big 0 stars

Milk Basket has been providing very poor service. Many times, the app shows an order as "delivered" and the amount is deducted from the wallet, but the order never arrives. When we contact customer support, they simply say they will refund the money. If the order is not actually delivered, then why is the payment deducted in the first place? This kind of experience makes customers feel cheated, and I believe many others may have faced similar issues.

Inspite of several complaints and regular feedback (may be more than 20 or 30), about product delivered outside the box, where cats can approach and damage. 2 or 3 times product was placed on floor near trash. Complaints by email are not affecting at all, just get a ticket number. Sometimes 2 or 3 days ok, then same mistake. Products delivered are dirty, with mud etc. Delivery are mostly in time, I appreciate that. Product choice is limited and many times unavailable.
