love the game for the most part, easy once you get the controls down. Ads are intrusive, $3.99 to get rid of them, The only thing I hate about it is having to pay real money to permanently hire help, you can watch an ad & get a single employee for 5 minutes but that's not worth it in my opinion, they need to come up with a better in game way for us to permanently hire help & if their gonna ask for real money at least make the employees we're buying multitaskers & or have special stats.

I'm giving it 2 stars cause it's really not bad but 1 major issue is the constant breaks I could see a ad break if I wanted to like skip the wait for items to arrive or to gain more energy stuff like that but to force an ad is what makes this under 4 stars for me just being cut off trying to check them out as your pushing to finalize boom right to an ad it's annoying and I won't be playing it anymore unless y'all get rid of forced ads like I said don't mind if it's a reward for an ad

HAS TOO MANY BUGS. 1) Purchased several packages for additional hired help (and was charged real cash) but never received the characters promised. 2) No way to disable the annoying music that plays continuously. 3) Can't purchase (with game cash) additional dry cleaning equipment. 4) Can't change the cleaning prices, only the cleaning supplies you sell. 5) Characters walk thru the set up equipment. 6) Unable to move certain furniture. 7) and much much more!!!
