This app was perfect - when it worked. For the past several months it won't do anything. I open it up, touch the screen for "instant balance" and nothing happens. I touch the block for "user ID", "password" - anything - and nothing happens. I have deleted & re-installed the app many times but it's not corrected. Luckily you can open up a browser and use the mobile site but the app should work. This is the only app I have this issue with.

I absolutely hate this app, every month or so I have to change my password but I can't use a previous password so I have to keep coming up with new annoying passwords that I can't remember or keep track of. I only need this stupid app for my car payment it's getting to the point where I'm considering refinancing somewhere else just because of this app.

App absolutely will not work. Previously I could login to see my balance but still couldn't pay anything. Now I only get the login screen and it just freezes immediately. Can't login or even attempt login. Overall I find MCU very inconvenient and will be reevaluating my car loan with a different lender.
