Your stupid update erased my user ID. When on the log in screen there is a check box to SAVE USER ID. I keep it checked. After the update the check is gone and so is my user ID. What's the point of having an option to save it, if it doesn't actually save it?! Now I can't log in. I don't know my user ID. There's an option to recover your password. That's nice but I KNOW MY PASSWORD. No option if you forget user ID. The kick in the pants to all of this is it was a FORCED UPDATE. I had no choice.👎

Went through all the trouble to install this app because this bank took over a bank my family had used for over 100 years and was never able to use it. Not compatible with Samsung Galaxy S10 Android Smartphone. Waste of my time and phone calls to Your bank to get special setup instructions for security reasons and They didn't know You discriminate against certain types of phones. Other banks websites don't have a problem with serving Samsung Galaxy Android Smartphones!

It is now working! I have had multiple problems with it recently, but it is working as expected now!
