The app worked. Yes it goes through the Athena network. I was able to read my notices & respond. I am waiting for responses to make sure it's doing its job, but so far, it was user friendly. I question the comments below. Does a website need to make me happy? No. Was it efficient or easy to use? Yes. It doesn't need to look good visually. It's nice with no cartoons or drawings. It works just fine.

Get discharged from practice for getting covid and using there own check in text tells you not to come in to call and reschedule since you text you had covid. So you figure you will once you are better you will reschedule miss three appointments 2 I was in hospital and they knew I was in hospital and one due to covid. Glad I changed to first physicians group they are 100 times better the doctors actually care about you

This app is not working. it will not show me my profile so I can add a contact. it won't show me where I can message the doctor's office. it won't show me billing. won't show me test results ect.
