Milo Plastering is the internal field operations app for Milo Plastering LLC, a historic restoration and plastering company serving commercial and institutional projects across the Northeast.

This app is exclusively for Milo Plastering employees and authorized crew members. New users are added by company administrators.

FEATURES

Clock In / Out
Track work hours per job site with automatic geofencing. Workers clock in once they arrive on site and are auto-clocked out if they leave the job radius. Multi-site days, breaks, and overtime are all handled.

Daily Safety Sheets
Complete required safety sheets at the start of each shift. Sequential gating ensures PPE checks, equipment inspections, and compliance certifications are completed before work begins. Workers verify PPE with on-device photo capture.

Job Progress Tracking
Submit end-of-day progress reports with photos, materials used, area completed, and quality control checkpoints. Per-task square footage and worker assignment are recorded for accurate job costing.

Timesheets
Workers view their own timesheet history. Administrators export crew timesheets to PDF or Excel for payroll. Foremen can review and edit their crew's entries with full audit trail.

Expense Reports
Capture receipts on the job. Photos of receipts attach directly to expense entries. Admins approve and export for accounting.

Foreman Tools
Crew leads manage their assigned workers, approve overtime requests, and review crew timesheets without needing admin access.

Offline Mode
Work continues without cell signal. Data syncs automatically when connection is restored.

Multilingual
Full English and Spanish support throughout the worker-facing app.

Biometric Login
Sign in with fingerprint or Face ID after the first login.

DATA AND PRIVACY

This app collects only the data needed to perform job and payroll functions: name, email, work location during clock-in periods, photos of work and receipts, and time entries. No data is shared with third parties. Workers can delete their accounts and all associated personal data from within the app at any time.
