Lowi would get a much higher rating if different languages were available. Both the app and on the helpline.

UX nightmare. I've just signed up to lowi, and now I want to use the app. I can't do it as there's no option to get started on the app. There's a link that says "crear o recuperar contraseña" which would indicate 2 options, right? Well clinking on the link takes you to a page to "recuperar contraseña" but there's no way to create an account. Fix this please!!

The app and services are good and reliable. However, for those who are not fluent in Spanish, working with the app is not convenient. Adding an English language option (which is not a difficult task nowadays) can be a game-changer for user experience.
