unable to login paste code and it just keeps repeating process???

3 weeks with no internet, never repaired anything — just an SMS every 5 days saying they already knew. The monthly charge never failed to go through. No cancellation option in the app or website, phone only and no English support. Zero compensation offered. Terrible service.

UX nightmare. I've just signed up to lowi, and now I want to use the app. I can't do it as there's no option to get started on the app. There's a link that says "crear o recuperar contraseña" which would indicate 2 options, right? Well clinking on the link takes you to a page to "recuperar contraseña" but there's no way to create an account. Fix this please!!
