Deciding what to eat on the fly makes it much harder to eat healthily. When we’re hungry, we don’t usually choose the foods that are best for us… and let’s be honest: don’t you think that if you planned your menu in advance and saw a delicious photo of that meal, you’d be more tempted to eat it — and maybe even spend a bit more time preparing it?
It’s not that I don’t like eating healthy. It’s just that I forget about the best foods I already have in the fridge, and end up choosing others that give my brain nice flavors or textures, but very few nutrients for my body…
Because of this, I created this meal-planning app, with the goal of solving these problems:
- You get home hungry, don’t know what to eat, and grab the first thing you see… What if instead you had an image of a healthier option that actually made you crave it more than less healthy food?
- You open the fridge and realize you’re missing ingredients for what you wanted to cook… What if you could generate a shopping list for the next week, day, or any date you choose?
- Do you need an easy-to-create list that you can share with family, your partner or friends?

- Manage your shopping list easily: generate, organize by categories, add items or share it as plain text so you can easily share it through the main messaging apps.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The app doesn’t include pre-made meals, because the idea is for everything to be fully personalized.
Tip: Add your meals, search for a representative image using the built-in online image bank, and replace it with one from your own gallery on the day you’re going to eat it :)
