■ Included Subjects and Exam Scope

Includes all three subjects of the Telecommunications Chief Engineer Examination, for both the Transmission/Switching and Line categories.

* **Telecommunication Systems:** Fundamentals of electrical engineering, communication engineering, transmission, switching, wireless, communication power, and IP networks.
* **Transmission and Switching Equipment and Equipment Management:** Transmission equipment, switching equipment, wireless equipment, communication power equipment, server equipment, construction management, security management, software development, etc.
* **Line Equipment and Equipment Management:** Communication lines, submarine lines, communication civil engineering, construction management and maintenance of line equipment, security measures, etc.
* **Laws and Regulations:** Telecommunications Business Act, Wired Telecommunications Act, Radio Act, Unauthorized Access Prohibition Act, Electronic Signature Act, and an outline of the International Telecommunication Union Constitution.
The passing criteria are 60 points or higher out of 100 for Telecommunication Systems and Laws and Regulations, and 90 points or higher out of 150 for Equipment Management. Passed subjects are exempt from subsequent exams within 3 years from the month following the month in which the exam was held. It is also possible to focus on practicing only calculation problems.

"Telecommunication Systems" and "Laws and Regulations" are the same exam subjects in both categories; only the equipment subject in the middle differs between the categories. This app accurately reproduces the actual structure of the exam, allowing you to switch between sections for practice. The past exam practice for the two common subjects is effective for both subjects in one go.
